Protection of Users' Personal Information
Protecting users' personal information is a fundamental principle of our platform. We will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations or agreed upon in this agreement, the platform will not disclose or reveal users' personal information to third parties without user consent. The platform employs professional encryption methods for storing and transmitting related information to ensure the security of users' personal information.
Our platform utilizes various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system for protecting your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For instance, we use HTTPS combined with self-developed encryption methods to achieve transmission encryption, JWT for identity authentication (the most popular cross-domain authentication solution), detect malicious user traffic, analyze suspicious user behaviors, and freeze accounts to prevent account theft and user losses. Our database is designed for high availability (reducing downtime where the system cannot provide service) to prevent data loss of user coins, cash, etc., and is capable of backup and recovery. When displaying a user's phone number on the client side, the middle four digits are obscured with asterisks to protect the user's phone number.
Without your consent, we will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of our company, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or this agreement.
The in-app recommendation module does not involve algorithmic pushes; recommended content is displayed to all users in a non-personalized manner.
Currently, Novelmore does not have a situation where personal information is transferred abroad. If, in the future due to business development, there is a need to transfer personal information abroad, we will list the types of personal information to be transferred abroad in this policy and prominently mark them.
