APP User Agreement and Legal Agreement

This agreement constitutes a contract between you and the administrators of this APP, carrying the full weight of the law. Please read carefully.

1.Content, Effectiveness, and Modification of the Agreement

You should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request its cancellation on the grounds that you have not read its content or have not received answers to your inquiries from this APP. You acknowledge that the terms of this agreement constitute a contract to resolve the rights and obligations of both parties, which is always valid unless otherwise dictated by mandatory legal provisions or by specific agreements between the parties.

You undertake to accept and comply with the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should immediately stop the registration process or cease using the services of this APP platform. This APP reserves the right to formulate and modify this agreement and/or various rules periodically as necessary and will publish them on the APP platform without further separate notice to users. The revised agreement and rules become effective immediately upon being posted on the website. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the services of the APP platform immediately. Continuing to use the services of the APP platform indicates your acceptance of the revised agreement and rules.

2.Registration

2.1 Eligibility for Registration
Users must be individuals, legal entities, or other organizations with corresponding legal capacities and abilities to act, capable of independently assuming legal responsibilities. When you complete the registration process or use the platform's services in other ways approved by this APP, you are deemed to have confirmed your qualification and ability to bear legal responsibilities. Any consequences arising from your lack of such qualification shall be borne by you and your guardians.

2.2 Registration Information
Users should provide registration information to the site with honesty and integrity. Users agree that the registration information they provide is true, accurate, complete, and legally valid. If there are changes to the user's registration information, it should be updated promptly. If the provided registration information is illegal, false, inaccurate, or incomplete, users shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences, and this APP reserves the right to terminate the user's use of all services on the platform.

3.Accounts

3.1 Once registered successfully, you will become a member of the APP platform and receive a unique account information number for the APP platform. You can change your password according to the site's regulations.

3.2 The name you set must be your real name and must not infringe on or be suspected of infringing on the legitimate rights of others. Otherwise, this APP has the right to terminate the service provided to you and cancel your account. 3.4 Users should not lend the account registered on this site to others. Otherwise, users shall bear all responsibilities arising from this and bear joint liability with the actual user.
3.5 If you discover any illegal use or situations that might endanger your account security, you should immediately notify this APP with a valid method to suspend related services and report it to the police. You understand that this APP needs a reasonable time to act on your request and will not bear any responsibility, including but not limited to, any loss before taking action.

4.Reasonable Use of User Information

4.1 You agree that the APP platform has the right to send notifications to users registered on this site via email, SMS, phone calls, etc.

4.2 You understand and agree that this APP has the right to provide the necessary information about your registration and transaction records to judicial, administrative, and other supervisory authorities upon request. If you are suspected of infringing on other people's intellectual property rights, this APP also has the right to provide the necessary identity information to the right holder upon determining that there is a suspected infringement.

4.3 Users agree that this APP has the right to use their registration information, username, and password to log in to their registered account for evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization and witness.
